All our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product in any of the below-mentioned conditions, kindly notify us within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Return Policy
Acceptable Reasons for Returns
You can return your product within 30 days of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Tampered or broken product/package
- Wrong product delivered
- Product delivered post expiration date
- Incomplete order or missing products
Unacceptable Reasons for Return
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)
- Return or replacement request generated after 4 days from delivery
- Damaged or missing product reported after 4 days from delivery
- Product returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects
- Issues such as stomach upset, headache, taste preference, or flavor differences
Please consult your doctor before purchasing the product.
Process for Acceptable Returns
- Notify us within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Email images of the product as proof to jcbestoil@gmail.com.
- Your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours.
- If the product is found unusable, you may be requested to discard it and a replacement will be issued.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship via a reliable courier.
- Courier charges will be reimbursed.
- Replacement or refund will be initiated after verification.
- Replacement depends on stock availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- The product is damaged or tampered with by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address was provided
- Product has been partially consumed
- Returns policy terms are not met
Refunds May Be Issued If:
- Product is out of stock
- Shipping address is not serviceable
- Returns policy conditions are fulfilled
- Returned product is in good and untampered condition
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order
Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by emailing jcbestoil@gmail.com.
- Dispatched orders cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled orders will reflect within 5–7 working days.
Processing Fees
There are no processing fees for returns or replacements. However, if you request a replacement with a higher-priced product, the price difference must be paid.
Modes of Refund
- Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after verification.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund to the bank account provided during the return request.
Refund Timeline
Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be transferred within 3–5 working days.
Replacement Delivery Timeline
Approved replacement products will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
